Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BlushFiction, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility (Adults Only)

BlushFiction is an adults-only platform for fictional, erotic writing. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use the service.

You must provide truthful age information when asked and complete any adult-access gate we require. We may deny, suspend, or remove access if we believe you do not meet these eligibility requirements.

3. Service Description

BlushFiction provides fiction and character experiences, including:

  1. Story generation and editing.
  2. Chat-based roleplay, continuation, and character interaction.
  3. Optional account-based history, settings, and publishing controls.
  4. Paid unlocks, top-ups, and subscription-based usage features.

Features may change, be limited, or be removed at any time.

BlushFiction provides fictional digital content only. Characters, scenes, visits, meetings, menus, appointments, companions, and similar roleplay elements are fictional narrative devices. BlushFiction does not offer, arrange, advertise, facilitate, broker, or process payment for real-world escorting, prostitution, companionship services, sexual services, dates, meetups, or in-person encounters.

4. Account and Access

  1. You are responsible for account credentials and activity on your account.
  2. You must provide accurate account details.
  3. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts involved in abuse, fraud, or Terms violations.
  4. Private resources (stories, chats, characters, and related content) are access-controlled and may return “not found” to non-owners.

5. User Content and License

  1. You retain ownership of prompts and content you submit (“User Content”), subject to the rights needed to run the service.
  2. You grant BlushFiction a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, store, display, analyze, and transform User Content as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service.
  3. We may use User Content, generated outputs, and related usage data to operate the product, troubleshoot issues, review abuse or safety concerns, evaluate quality, improve prompts and retrieval, improve product features, and improve underlying systems and model behavior.
  4. If you publish or share content publicly, you grant permission for display to users with access to that link or page.
  5. You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to all content you submit.

6. Generated Content Disclaimer

  1. Generated outputs are content created by automated systems and may be inaccurate, repetitive, offensive, or unsuitable.
  2. Outputs are provided “as is” for entertainment and creative use.
  3. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before reuse or publication.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use BlushFiction to:

  1. Violate any law or regulation.
  2. Exploit, sexualize, or endanger minors.
  3. Generate or distribute non-consensual sexual content involving real persons.
  4. Solicit, advertise, arrange, negotiate, facilitate, offer, request, pay for, or accept payment for real-world sexual services, escorting, prostitution, commercial sexual activity, trafficking, exploitation, or in-person adult services.
  5. Exchange real-world contact details, locations, payment handles, screening details, rates, availability, travel logistics, or meetup instructions for the purpose of arranging sexual services or commercial sexual activity.
  6. Upload malware, automate abuse, scrape at scale, or attack platform availability.
  7. Infringe IP rights, privacy rights, or publicity rights.
  8. Evade rate limits, payment systems, access controls, or age gates.

We may remove content, restrict access, or terminate accounts for violations.

7a. Content Guidelines — Fictional Companion Scenes

Allowed:

  1. Fictional adult-only fantasy scenes involving fictional characters.
  2. Fictional menus, visits, or meeting setups when they clearly remain part of a story or roleplay experience.
  3. Blushes used to unlock fictional scene continuation or character interaction.

Not allowed:

  1. Real-world escort ads or sex-service listings.
  2. Real names, phone numbers, emails, handles, addresses, hotel details, or meetup logistics for sexual services.
  3. Real rates, payment methods, deposits, screening instructions, or booking instructions.
  4. Content that promotes or facilitates prostitution, trafficking, coercion, exploitation, or physical abuse.

8. Billing, Top-Ups, and Subscriptions

  1. Paid features are billed in USD unless otherwise stated.
  2. Subscribers receive a weekly usage allowance that resets automatically. This is not a per-message credit wallet.
  3. One-time top-ups and continuation purchases are charged separately from subscriptions and are applied to your account under the rules shown at purchase. Blush wallet top-ups currently do not expire.
  4. Payment processing is handled by third-party processors (for example, Stripe and related infrastructure).
  5. You authorize us and our processors to charge applicable fees and taxes.
  6. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before renewal.
  7. If you cancel, renewal stops immediately, but paid access continues through the end of the period you already paid for. After that, your account may move to restricted access rather than being deleted. In restricted access, your library may remain visible while only part of the experience stays interactive unless you resubscribe or purchase additional access.
  8. Blushes, credits, unlocks, subscriptions, top-ups, and similar paid features are digital access mechanisms for fictional content and platform features only. They have no cash value, are not transferable, are not redeemable for money, and cannot be used to pay any real person, character, creator, escort, companion, or service provider for real-world services.

9. Refund Policy

Except where required by law, by the payment platform's rules, or for a billing error we confirm, payments are generally non-refundable. Canceling a subscription stops future renewals, but does not create a prorated refund for the unused portion of the current paid period.

10. Intellectual Property

  1. BlushFiction branding, code, product design, and site materials are owned by BlushFiction or its licensors.
  2. You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, or create derivative commercial services from the platform without written permission.

11. Service Availability and Changes

  1. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
  2. We may modify, pause, or discontinue features, plans, or pricing at any time.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlushFiction and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability is limited to amounts paid by you to BlushFiction in the 12 months before the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BlushFiction and its operators from claims, losses, or damages arising from your content, your use of the service, or your breach of these Terms.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the law and dispute venue of BlushFiction's legal operator. If mandatory consumer protection law gives you additional rights based on your place of residence, those rights still apply.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance.

17. Emails and Notices

We may send service emails about your account, purchases, security, and other operational matters. Where allowed by law and subject to your preferences, we may also send promotional or re-engagement emails. Marketing emails will include an unsubscribe method.
